Built in Jacksonville, Arkansas
American steel, real welds, and people who live and work right here in Central Arkansas.
The Manufacturer
Hurricane Bay is welded, finished, and packed by Titan Direct Manufacturing in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Same building. Same crew. Every unit.
The steel comes off an American mill. The welds are run by people who pass through the same Jacksonville stop signs every morning. There's no overseas tooling, no import paperwork, no part of the build that depends on a freight container we can't see. If you call about a warranty, you'll talk to one of the same people who welded the unit.
"Made in the USA" is a phrase a lot of brands print on a sticker after their parts come off a boat. Hurricane Bay is on the line where it gets put together, in a building you could drive to.
The Brand Behind It
Hurricane Bay Fish Fryer is a HeberMade brand. HeberMade builds American-made gear out of Jacksonville, Arkansas, working out of the same shop where Titan Direct Manufacturing welds the units.
The Hurricane Bay HB-4 is the launch product. We started with the fryer because it was the rig we wanted ourselves and couldn't find. The next ones are coming. Same steel, same standards, same Arkansas welds.
Fort Thompson Sporting Goods in North Little Rock has units on the floor. Walk in, look it over, decide.
